SAN FRANCISCO — IP litigator Mark Jansen is moving from Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton to Crowell & Moring. The San Francisco partner is part of a four-lawyer group joining Crowell this month, all with roots at what was Townsend and Townsend and Crew prior to its merger a year ago with Kilpatrick.

The other three lawyers are joining Crowell’s D.C. office. They are partner Cedric Tan, senior counsel Neil McCarthy and counsel Kristin Cooklin, who is making the move this week.
