SAN FRANCISCO — The Heller Ehrman estate on Monday filed a multimillion-dollar malpractice suit against its former lawyers at Greenberg Traurig.

The firm had hired Greenberg partner Leslie Corwin in June 2008 to advise on partnership agreement matters and later on a potential merger or restructuring. That was several months before Heller wound up in bankruptcy.
