Commercial law firms must get comfortable with “failing quickly” on technology, partners have argued at the first day of the Future Lawyer Week U.K. conference in London.
In a panel discussion on transformation projects on Monday, Anne-Marie Friel, an infrastructure partner at Pinsent Masons, said the legal sector could learn a lot from the technology world, adding: “Culturally, we’re really bad at failure.”
