Qualtrics International shareholders have filed two class action complaints against corporate directors and controlling shareholder SAP, claiming a stock buyout approved earlier this year prioritized business relationships over value for minority shareholders.

Both complaints were filed in the Court of Chancery, the first by Block & Leviton, Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann and Wohl & Fruchter on Oct. 18. Five days later, Andrews & Springer; Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll; Friedman Oster & Tejtel; the Schall Law Firm and Kaskela Law filed the second suit.
