Corporate law practitioners may save some time making sure their filings meet Court of Chancery requirements now that the court’s rules on formatting and content have been consolidated.

The change is one the state judiciary announced this week as part of the first round of a comprehensive update to the court’s rules, an undertaking led by a subcommittee of the Court of Chancery Rules subcommittee.
