A dispute over an NFT collective is now underway in two jurisdictions, with those who say they’re responsible for creating the organization, which is called Remilia, accusing each other of stealing assets worth over $2 million.

On one side is Nevada resident Krishna Okhandiar, who is represented by Michael Best & Friedrich in his case filed earlier this month in the District of Nevada. On the other are four men who say they worked alongside Okhandiar to form the digital art collective and have now retained K&L Gates to pursue their case against Okhandiar in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
