Vice Chancellor Morgan Zurn approved a settlement between AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc. and shareholders on Friday after counsel agreed to narrow the scope of releases Zurn originally found to be overbroad.

The decision approves a deal thought to be worth up to $129 million in stock, with Zurn awarding Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann, Grant & Eisenhofer and Saxena White 12% of the settlement consideration in fees for representing the plaintiffs.
