Vice Chancellor Sam Glasscock III has taken temporary medical leave following a Feb. 1 accident in his home and resulting emergency surgery.
The Delaware courts announced Glasscock is recovering at home and “in good spirits,” but exactly when he will return to the court is dependent on his recovery time.
