Attorneys representing the Boy Scouts of America are pushing toward a bankruptcy resolution despite a wall of opposition to the proposed plan for reorganization.

In addition to formal objections laying out opposition to the details of the Chapter 11 plan that would offer settlements for sexual abuse allegations, hundreds of sealed or redacted letters from former Boy Scouts have been submitted this month demanding the organization be held accountable for incidents of sexual abuse dating back to at least the 1970s.
