After qualifying to campaign against Cobb County Magistrate Court Judge Tabitha Ponder to replace retiring Presiding Judge M. Yvette Miller on the Georgia Court of Appeals bench, former State Bar of Georgia Executive Director Jeff Davis’ eligibility to run for the statewide judicial role is being challenged by an Augusta attorney.
