After being appointed by Gov. Brian Kemp to serve the remainder of one of two Cobb Judicial Circuit terms vacated by Judge C. LaTain Kell and Judge Mary Staley Clark in May 2022, Judge Julie Adams Jacobs is now seeking election to the Cobb County Superior Court.
But when Jacobs qualified for the judicial race on March 4, so too did challenger Sylvia Goldman, a Marietta DUI defense attorney with Goldman & Donnelly.
