A panel of Georgia Court of Appeals Judges Sara Doyle, Elizabeth Gobeil and Andrew Fuller was tasked with clarifying the state’s 2016 garnishment statute, at oral arguments on Thursday. Each party contends the other made a big mistake in the filing process—the question is whose error sticks.
