Lawyers at McDermott Will & Emery on Tuesday removed a lawsuit against accounting firm BDO USA LLP, 1280 West Condominium Association, Atlanticus Holdings Corporation and other defendants to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit was filed by a pro se plaintiff who contends that she was subjected to harassment and retaliation after reporting alleged accounting violations to BDO’s information technology auditing director. The case is 1:22-cv-02653, Kengne v. Freeman et al.
