A former employee stands to gain a portion of a $750,000 settlement after blowing the whistle on a Georgia health care provider accused of billing the government for unrendered services.

After being named in a lawsuit by ex-employee Latashia Hawkins, Atlanta-based OGCC Behavioral Health Services Inc. and its executive director, Dionne Huffman, have agreed to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to resolve allegations of False Claims Act violations.
