On the heels of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration announcing an emergency temporary standard obligating private employers with 100 or more employees to require COVID-19 vaccination or weekly testing and masking for their unvaccinated employees, Georgia labor and employment attorneys say a new wave of advice-seeking callers are flooding their phonelines.

Employers are seeking advice on how to navigate, draft, implement and enforce soon-to-be mandatory COVID vaccine-or-testing policies, but attorneys said they’re not the only ones seeking advice.
