Last but not least on this year’s Georgia list is HD’s GC and corporate secretary, Dan McDevitt, who earned $473,825 in cash last year. That’s his $348,150 salary and an additional $125,675 in nonequity incentives. McDevitt also earned another $247,450 in stock awards and options last year.

A former attorney at King & Spalding, McDevitt went in-house at HD in early 2010. He’s held roles of increasing responsibility there, culminating in his appointment as GC and corporate secretary in January 2015.
