The National Association of Law Placement found that less than 1% of law firm partners in the U.S. are Latinas.

“When you look at where they are compared to other racial ethnic groups, they are one of the lowest represented,” said Jill Lynch Cruz, who focuses her career on coaching young lawyers and specializes in research on career development for Latinas in the legal field.
