King & Spalding has lured a project finance partner from Jones Day as it continues to build out its capabilities in Latin America via its Miami office.

Fradyn Suárez’s practice focuses on cross-border corporate, infrastructure and project finance work across the Americas, with a concentration in the transportation and renewable energy sectors. She regularly acts as finance counsel to energy and infrastructure companies with investments in the U.S., Latin America and the Caribbean.
