I was recently on the phone with a potential client whose business was being wracked by a global crisis in the financial industry. The client was completely unprepared for the devastation it would cause the company and their clients. To make matters worse, the client had let the situation unfurl without any communication and only called us after being contacted by the media and watching their company being hammered across social media.
