Did a Coral Gables law firm break a confidentiality agreement over its alleged failure to take proper security measures?

That is what the United Parcel Service Inc. alleged in a lawsuit filed in a federal court in Miami against the Haggard Law Firm and one of its clients, asserting that the defendants are responsible for settlement money stolen by an unknown hacker.
