It was recently announced that settlements with the “big three” distributors and Johnson & Johnson would take effect after more than 90% of litigating municipalities signed on.

Brent Ceryes at Schochor, Federico and Staton in Baltimore and his co-counsel Romano Law Group are representing the most municipalities in Florida in opioid litigation, coordinated all the other lawyers with clients in Florida to ensure they were proceeding accordingly and negotiated in one voice with the attorney general and ultimately worked toward an agreement that more than 95% of Florida municipalities accepted.
