Tori Harrison and Rick Harrison of Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis have stepped in to defend Via Clean Technologies in a pending lawsuit. The suit was filed Feb. 3 in Texas Western District Court by Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani and Oved & Oved on behalf of a Florida company that alleges it was conned into purchasing large quantities of disinfectant products amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Xavier Rodriguez, is 5:22-cv-00096, AHBP LLC v. The Lynd Company et al.
