A Florida judge plans to approve a class action settlement over Johnson & Johnson’s sunscreen recall despite initial concerns from plaintiffs’ attorneys who were not involved in the negotiations.

“I really don’t have any questions,” said U.S. District Judge Raag Singhal, who is overseeing the multidistrict litigation against Johnson & Johnson in the Southern District of Florida, at a hearing on Thursday. “You’ve represented what, on its face, is a potentially complicated case, but you’ve given it to me in a box with a bow.”
