A New York attorney has filed a verified class action in a federal court in Miami against a robotic foreign exchange trading company in which he is seeking to recover tens of millions of dollars of lost investment.

Warren E. Gluck, a partner at Holland & Knight who filed the lawsuit against ROFX.net, said the consumers he represents are part of a larger trend in which non-high net worth or non-institutional investors made significant investments in highly niche areas.
