While the COVID-19 pandemic is not behind us, some semblance of normalcy seems to be on the horizon. Over a year ago everything changed, requiring all of us to adapt in our personal and professional spheres. When early lockdowns were lifted, people yearned for more climate and outdoor friendly environments. The influx and demand for new homes for high level executives moving their businesses or opening an office in South Florida was unprecedented.  Along followed an extreme increase in demand for luxury cars. The boating world skyrocketed as transients and locals lusted to social distance on the water.

Then came an unanticipated wave of consumer and manufacturer disputes due to unanticipated delays in the delivery of the purchased products. COVID-19 caused havoc in manufacturing, logistics and the supply chain.
