Two attorneys who previously shared the same law firm are on opposing sides in the Miami-Dade Circuit Court as they litigate a class action dispute.
One of the attorneys, Adam M. Moskowitz, the managing partner at The Moskowitz Law Firm in Coral Gables, represents Fernando Verdini against Miami Dade College, where Verdini is a student.
