NextEra Energy Inc.’s Charles Sieving was the big winner for the year in take-home pay among Florida’s top legal officers, collecting nearly $2.18 million by leading with the top salary and top incentive pay.

But Chewy Inc.’s Susan Helfrick walked away with the biggest compensation package of all valued at $30.3 million, fortified by an outsized $29.4 million in stock awards granted in the year the Dania Beach-based e-commerce pet supplier went public.
