First Healthcare Compliance, a software company, has hired Sheba Vine as vice president and general counsel, the company announced last week. Vine most recently served as senior director of regulatory compliance at the company that helps physicians and other health care providers comply with federal rules and regulations.
In a company statement, Vine said she plans not only to maintain the company’s internal culture of compliance and integrity but also to expand its cloud-based offerings to help health care professionals “stay ahead of the complex compliance curve.”
