Etsy gave ex-Facebook legal chief Colin Stretch more than a few handmade trinkets to lure him aboard the e-commerce company last February as chief legal officer and secretary.
Stretch received compensation totaling $7.15 million in 2023, the Brooklyn-based company revealed in its proxy statement filed Monday with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
