Waltham, Massachusetts-based Aeglea BioTherapeutics is giving out huge equity grants to bring in top talent, including a chief legal officer, after seeing its stock price plunge by 94% since going public in 2016.

Aeglea announced this month that it has named Heidy Abreu King-Jones as chief legal officer, replacing Jim Kastenmayer. King-Jones will report to Chief Operating Officer Cameron Turtle, and will join the company’s leadership team.
