A recent study indicates that of all the risks legal departments see on the horizon, the frequency and complexity of regulatory changes are of most concern.
That was the take of 21% of the 1,569 lawyers interviewed in Thomson Reuters Institute’s 2023 State of the Corporate Law Department.
