Dental equipment giant Dentsply Sirona paid former chief legal officer Cheree Johnson more than $6 million during her one-year tenure in 2022, the company disclosed in a proxy statement filed on Friday.

Most of that pay came in the form of stock awards, which totaled just over $4 million for Johnson. She made over $471,000 in salary compensation, making her the third best-salaried executive at Dentsply Sirona, behind only Chief Business Officer Andreas Frank and former Interim Chief Financial Officer Barbara Bodem.
