Legal departments will have to do more with less in 2023, a new Association of Corporate Counsel suggests.

For starters, privacy-related regulatory enforcement is projected to increase this year. According to the 2023 Chief Legal Officers Survey, which analyzed data from 892 CLOs across 20 industries and 35 countries, 67% of chief legal officers surveyed say privacy-related enforcement will increase this year, up 7% compared to 2022.
