Conservative advocacy group Job Creators Network Foundation has hired a chief legal officer whose first order of business is spearheading a challenge against President Joe Biden’s student loan forgiveness program.

“We’re trying to assess whether we’ll be able to sue,” Karen Harned, the first-ever and, currently, sole in-house lawyer for JCN’s Legal Action Fund, said in an interview Tuesday, shortly after the group announced her appointment.
