New York-based advertising technology company TripleLift, which boasts that it executes more than 1 trillion ad transactions every month, has promoted deputy general counsel Kama Ostoya to legal chief.

Ostoya played a key role in Vista Equity Partners’ acquisition of TripleLift for $1.4 billion last year. Earlier this year, she helped TripleLift acquire Swiss tech company 1plusX, an artificial intelligence-powered data management platform.
