Xylem Inc., which bills itself as the world’s largest provider of water and wastewater treatment solutions, said Dorothy Capers is joining the company next month as general counsel, succeeding an executive who is moving to a new role.

The Rye Brook, New York-based company said the current GC, Claudia Toussaint, is taking the newly combined position of chief human resources and sustainability officer. The role is intended to help the company further integrate its human capital and ESG strategies.
