After spending 14 months filling search orders via video interviews from mountains in Colorado and beaches in Florida, I returned to my home base of Chicago and recently began the process of truly reconnecting with clients. To be specific, I am the cliché service provider who asks people to lunch! I was even blogging pre-pandemic for a now-defunct online restaurant review site called Food Mafia, where I wrote under the name “Power Lunch.” I missed meeting with clients.

I am fortunate to have helped many general counsels make key hires for their law departments. My firm also profiles prominent general counsels, many of whom are not clients but have become talent scouts and friends. I consider these law department leaders to be at the top of the Corporate Counsel community.
