Once again, online marketplace eBay finds itself dealing with fallout stemming from alleged cyberstalking and harassment by former employees, including former eBay security and intelligence chiefs.

Massachusetts couple Ina and David Steiner, founders of online trade magazine EcommerceBytes, have sued eBay and former executives for running what they allege was a campaign of online harassment coordinated by the company and meant to stop the publication of articles critical of eBay on EcommerceBytes. The federal lawsuit surfaced on Law.com Radar.
