Just a week after the general counsel and two deputy general counsel abruptly resigned from CPS Energy, the company has named an interim legal leader and promoted three in-house attorneys to the role of deputy general counsel.

The new legal department leadership team is tasked with handling litigation that arose from the fallout of winter storms that rocked Texas and its power grid earlier this year.
