As McKenna Long & Aldridge prepares to be absorbed into Dentons, the head of the Atlanta-based firm’s national tax practice has decamped for Holland & Knight.

MARK LANGE, who rejoined McKenna Long in 2009 after a five-year stint at Paul Hastings, specializes in transactional tax work. As head of tax at McKenna Long, Lange worked out of its Atlanta headquarters and frequently advised hedge funds and clients in other industries on the implications of various tax reforms. He officially joined Holland & Knight in Atlanta on April 15—Tax Day, of course—and in the coming weeks will bring with him an associate from his former firm.
