Latham & Watkins is shuttering two of its four offices in the Middle East, leaving it with locations in Saudi Arabia’s capital of Riyadh and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.

The firm’s office in Doha, the capital of Qatar, is expected to close by the end of June, with its Abu Dhabi office in the UAE to follow by year’s end. Both will be absorbed into Latham’s Dubai office, which will be led by Villiers Terblanche, current managing partner of all three locations.
