Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer’s Milan office has added a private capital partner from Latham & Watkins.
Giancarlo D’Ambrosio, a partner at Latham & Watkins since 2018, is the third partner to leave Latham for Freshfields’ global private capital practice in the space of a month. The other two hires were in New York.
