Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom confirmed Thursday that the firm was returning to four days a week in the office, beginning after Labor Day.

A statement issued by the firm indicates that attorneys will be expected to work from the office from Monday to Thursday each week. It states that “by affording attorneys the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays and during specified periods throughout the year, our modified hybrid work model will harness the best aspects of remote working while fueling innovation and professional development through more frequent in-person collaboration.”
