Crowell & Moring, building out its energy practices in light of recent federal regulation, has brought on two partners who focus on energy transition and infrastructure, the firm said Tuesday.

Tyler O’Connor, who most recently served as the energy counsel to the U.S. House Committee on Energy and Commerce, rejoined Crowell as a partner in its energy and government affairs practices in Washington, D.C.
