A group of five financial services partners from Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, along with 15 non-partner lawyers and 15 business professionals, has moved to Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson.

Fried Frank announced Monday that Ray Shirazi, Steven Lofchie, Dorothy Mehta, Nihal Patel and Jason Schwartz are joining the firm as partners. Shirazi will be joining the firm officially at a later date, but the other four partners have already made the move over to Fried Frank, along with some of the non-partner lawyers, according to Fried Frank chair David Greenwald.
