Cooley has added to its financial services practice in Washington, D.C., and Chicago, bringing on three partners and a special counsel from Am Law 200 firm Buckley.

Washington, D.C., partners Michelle Rogers and Katherine Katz, and Chicago partner Joshua Kotin made the move along with special counsel Katherine Halliday, who is also based in D.C. Rogers is a former board member of Buckley’s executive committee and will head up the enforcement group at Cooley.
