It’s been said that more money can’t cure lawyer burnout, as numerous firms rained special bonuses on their lawyers last fall and this spring. But what about money specifically meant to be used for wellbeing purposes?

Firms have been rolling out special programs for Mental Health Awareness Month, which takes place in May, and Goodwin Procter this week became the latest Am Law 100 firm to offer employees funding meant to be used for personal care.
