When the pandemic pushed on-campus interviews from August to January and put screens between law students and hiring partners, Greenberg Traurig co-president Brad Kaufman missed out on his favorite part of the in-person interview process.

“A big part of the whole OCI process is the student comes to the office, meets people and gets a sense of the firm’s culture and feel,” said Kaufman, who oversees the firm’s associate development and recruiting.
