Baker Botts is continuing to attract environmental and energy talent from Morrison & Foerster, announcing two partner hires Wednesday in San Francisco and New York, after recruiting the chairman of the firm’s practice last year.

They rejoin environmental litigator Chris Carr, who left MoFo for Baker Botts’ San Francisco office in July 2017.
