Records management has evolved into a more sophisticated effort in law firms, becoming integral to information governance. Unfortunately there are very few records management solutions that have also evolved to meet these needs: Autonomy Records Manager will not be supported starting in February of 2017; LegalKey has not made significant updates to the product in years, and the end of Microsoft’s support for Windows Server 2003 and 2008 will cause issues for firms still using the product.
